How do I participate in Harman Rewards?

  • Register: Your registered name is required to match your name on the retailer’s sales report.
  • Harman training and quiz must be completed to qualify to earn Harman Rewards.
  • Sell JBL & Harman Kardon products from 1 – 31 December, 2024.
  • Sales claims are not required to be uploaded. Support office will supply a sales report and participants that have registered and completed the training and quiz qualify for rewards. Sales will be uploaded to the website to generate a points balance.
  • A notification with the points balance will be emailed to the participant. Log in to redeem reward products by 12 February, 2025.

Your Rewards

When you receive your Points balance notification in January, you may redeem those Points for reward/s. Participants must log in to harmanrewards.co.nz using their unique user name and password, follow the prompts to the reward redemption page, select the reward(s) they would like to use their Points to redeem, and submit the fully completed reward redemption form so it is received by 11:59pm NZDT on 12 February 2025.

Harman Rewards product rewards is open to NZ residents employed at Harvey Norman & PB Tech stores as at 1 December 2024. JBL and Harman Kardon products sold by from 1 to 31 December 2024 qualify to earn points at harmanrewards.co.nz. Register from 1 – 31 December 2024, complete the training and quiz to qualify for rewards.

A sales report will be supplied by the retailer’s support office, to Harman NZ to upload participant’s sales. An email notification with a points balance will be sent to participants that have registered and completed the training and quiz. Points must be redeemed by 11:59pm NZDT 12 February 2025.

Please register using your name known by your employer, this will assist to match your sales with registered name.

The purpose of the programme is to reward participants for selling JBL & Harman Kardon products direct to customers. Commercial and online sales are excluded.

How long does it take for my sales to be uploaded and points balance available to claim rewards?

The retailer’s support office is required to supply a sales report as soon as possible in January. Data is expected to be uploaded to HarmanRewards.co.nz by 9 January, 2025.

Where do I view my points I have earned throughout the program?

You can view your points through the “My Points” tab on the homepage. Points balance will be available in January.

How do I track how many points I’m earning?

  • Quiz = 10 bonus points
  • $100 sale on invoice = 2.5 points
  • $1,000 sale on invoice = 25 points
  • Go to the Rewards Products page to see how many Points are required to redeem a product.
  • E.g. To redeem a JBL Clip 4 Speaker
    RRP $99.95 = 100 points
    Sales required = $3,998

Do my points expire?

Any Points not redeemed by 11:59pm NZDT on 12 February 2025 by a participant will be forfeited. Once a relevant number of Points is used to redeem a reward, those Points will be removed from the participant’s Points balance.

Where will my redemption product be sent to?

Your product(s) will be posted to your nominated postal address as stated in the 'My Details' page. Rewards to be delivered to the nominated mailing address between 20 January – 28 February 2025.

Please add a delivery address that is not the store address, when you register. This will reduce potential issues with reward products going into stock.

What do I do if I change my address or contact details?

Please update your contact details through the My Details tab.
